A Family Man w/ A Passion For What He Does

Ray Negrete is a Dallas native with deep roots on both sides of the border — raised in Mexico, educated in Texas, and shaped by a family of entrepreneurs who believed in discipline, integrity, and doing things right the first time.


He founded The Rehab Squad in 2010 with a simple philosophy: build relationships, deliver results, and never touch a project that isn’t a win‑win. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted Dallas–Fort Worth home renovation and property rehab company** serving homeowners, investors, and families across North Texas.


For almost two decades, Ray has personally overseen 1,200+ projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including full home renovations, storm damage repairs, make‑ready services, and complex insurance restoration projects. With years of experience as a licensed insurance adjuster (now inactive) and field work across 30+ states, he brings a rare combination of technical knowledge, real‑world judgment, and homeowner advocacy. His IICRC certification in Water Mitigation & Restoration adds another layer of expertise in water damage restoration, insurance claim documentation, and reconstruction.


Ray built his reputation by solving hard problems — Roof replacements, water mitigation, storm damage, neglected properties, and even projects other contractors walked away from. His team is known for stepping in when families need clarity, honesty, and a steady hand. Whether it’s a Dallas home repair, a full remodel in Fort Worth or even an investor rehab in Plano, Ray  approaches every project with the same commitment to quality and accountability.


Outside of work, Ray is a family man, an avid traveler, and someone who can’t resist anything with an engine, a trail, or a challenge.
