A Family Man w/ A Passion For What He Does

RAY NEGRETE

Founder 

Ray Negrete is a native Dallasite.


Proudly born in Dallas, Texas and just as proudly raised in Mexico for the first 8 years of his life. That of which he is grateful for as that played a huge role in him being fully bi-lingual in Spanish and English. Just like Ray, his parents were also entrepreneurs; and just like many other immigrants before and after his parents, they believed in the power of education. Their old-school ways of raising their children instilled the core values that Ray lives by and spreads throughout his organization until this day. 


Ray founded his construction company in 2010 shortly after obtaining his degree. He's a firm believer in Building; not just relating to construction, but more about building relationships. Being relationship based is the foundation of Rehab Squad and fundamentally how this company is operated. If it's not a win-win, Rehab Squad simply will not touch it. 


Ray is a licensed insurance adjuster with experience in 30+ states and certified in IICRC for Water Mitigation & Restoration.

He has successfully rehabbed 1,200+ properties in Dallas-Fort Worth (Single Family and Multi-Family) and has helped hundreds of Homeowners maximize their insurance claims to become whole after a storm, water loss or any incident resulting in a claim.


He is blessed with his best friend and loving wife Jessica + four wonderful children. His wife Jessica helps Ray run Rehab Squad alongside his only son Jacob and his oldest daughter Ariana. He occasionally dabbles in hobbies such as auto mechanics, shooting sports, off- roading and pretty much anything involving outdoors. He is an avid reader and lifes an active lifestyle. He and his wife are self proclaimed Travel Bugs and Foodies :-)
